WILLEM C. VIS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION MOOT

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is one of the world’s most prestigious private international law mooting competition founded in 1994. The primary goal of this moot is to foster both the study of international commercial law, in particular the 2010 UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (“CISG”), as well as the study of arbitration as the dispute resolution process of choice for international business disputes. This competition has, as its purpose, to train future law leaders in dispute resolution.
