INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT MOOT COURT COMPETITION
International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition is the largest international criminal law moot court competition held in The Hague. The Competition’s case addresses fundamental issues of substantive and procedural international criminal law. Participating teams have to present arguments based on a fictitious problem via the roles of prosecution counsel, defence counsel, government counsel, or victim's representative before the International Criminal Court ("ICC").
Judges of the competition include ICC judges and officers, professors of international (criminal) law, and other legal professionals. This network makes the ICC Moot Court Competition a realistic simulation of ICC proceedings.
