ASIA CUP MOOT COURT COMPETITION

Asia Cup is an International Law Moot Court Competition for future international lawyers in Asia. It started in 1999 in Tokyo, under the leadership of Professor TSUTSUI Wakamizu (University of Tokyo) to evolve “Japan Cup” (international law moot court competition among Japanese universities held since 1996) into one that is open to students all over Asia. Through the Moot Court Competition, students from Asian countries compete for their ability to write memorials and to present oral pleadings on a fictional lawsuit case regarding international law.
