PHILIP C. JESSUP INTERNATIONAL LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION

Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition is the oldest, largest, and often known as one of the most prestigious moot court competitions in the world. It is a public international law moot court competition in which students participate from more than 700 law schools in 100 countries and jurisdictions. The Competition itself is a simulation of a fictional dispute between countries before the International Court of Justice ("ICJ"), the judicial organ of the United Nations. It is named after Phillip Jessup, who once served as an ICJ judge, and is organized by the International Law Students Association (ILSA).
